1st Action Management Meeting

This meeting serves as the official kick-off for the a-STEP Action. Initially planned as an in-person event, it was shifted to an online format due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the virtual setting, the meeting successfully brought together all the MC members.

A key outcome of this meeting was the identification and determination of the core group members, who will play a critical role in driving the action forward and overseeing its strategic direction. This essential step ensures the establishment of leadership that will guide the action’s progress and contribute to achieving its long-term goals.

The digital format allowed for broad participation while ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees. This meeting laid a strong foundation for the Action’s objectives and future activities.
