Objective

The objectives of WG6 are to:

  • establish sound management, governance and quality assurance procedures.

Tasks & Deliverables

  • Set up the Office, the WGs and the MC. [D6.1 Organization chart]
  • Establish risk management plan to monitor risk and report to chair and SC at quarterly intervals.

  • Establish financial management plan and set up quarterly WG meetings via teleconference, skype, and annual face-to-face meeting.

  • Check in with WGs monthly and ensure periodic reporting from all WGs to WG6. Get together with WGs representatives two times per year.
