Creation and Adaptation

Objective

The objectives of WG3 are to:

establish a new framework of guidelines to promote best practices of AT applications within the education and employment contexts;
create a joint roadmap with the inclusion of users, research, industry and policy in the design, development and deployment of AT;
develop AT practice guidelines with considerations of ethical, regulatory and policy issues;
facilitate the development of new assessment methods of matching between person and AT.
create an online AT toolkit will support benchmarking for policymakers to enable them in providing advice to feed up and down into service provision

Create a general framework of best practices in relation to inclusive design and participatory action research to guide the design, development and deployment of AT and reduce potential AT abandonment.  [D3.1 Consensus document of framework]
Provide a joint roadmap to outline the plan to reach short-term and long-term goals through the use of AT solutions and provide key information to help organizations, industry and policymakers make informed decisions around AT investments, including new technological discoveries and priorities.  [D3.2 Outline of roadmap]
