Creation and Adaptation
Objective
The objectives of WG3 are to:
- establish a new framework of guidelines to promote best practices of AT applications within the education and employment contexts;
- create a joint roadmap with the inclusion of users, research, industry and policy in the design, development and deployment of AT;
- develop AT practice guidelines with considerations of ethical, regulatory and policy issues;
- facilitate the development of new assessment methods of matching between person and AT.
- create an online AT toolkit will support benchmarking for policymakers to enable them in providing advice to feed up and down into service provision
Tasks & Deliverables
- Create a general framework of best practices in relation to inclusive design and participatory action research to guide the design, development and deployment of AT and reduce potential AT abandonment. [D3.1 Consensus document of framework]
- Provide a joint roadmap to outline the plan to reach short-term and long-term goals through the use of AT solutions and provide key information to help organizations, industry and policymakers make informed decisions around AT investments, including new technological discoveries and priorities. - Create an online AT toolkits for stakeholders and policymakers to implement best practices and policy in a more systematic manner. [D3.3 AT toolkits]
