The final a-STEP meeting, scheduled for 9-10 October 2024 in Antwerp, Belgium, will serve as a culminating event to disseminate the results of the Action and explore future opportunities, particularly in relation to EU policies. This conference will provide a platform for each Working Group to present and report on their achievements, showcasing the deliverables and the impact of the Action.

**Description:**

This two-day event is structured around several sessions that will focus on the challenges and best practices in assistive technologies, with discussions led by experts in the field. The meeting will feature panel discussions and presentations that highlight key findings, with a particular focus on social inclusion through technology for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. The Action’s work will be contextualized within the broader scope of EU politics, exploring how these results can push forward the agenda beyond the project’s lifespan.

In addition to the Working Group presentations, the conference will also feature joint discussions with stakeholders, aimed at establishing a dissemination and communication roadmap for the future. The event will conclude with a Management Committee meeting to reflect on the Action’s outcomes and next steps.
