WG5 Review of the White Paper and organisation of the White Paper dissemination meeting and WG1 meeting for the joint project application

The a-STEP meeting scheduled for 22-25 July 2024 in Budapest, Hungary, will bring together members of WG5 and WG1 for dedicated working sessions focused on key deliverables. This meeting is essential for completing the white paper, a major output of WG5, and for planning its dissemination to policymakers and stakeholders. Additionally, WG1 will focus on drafting a project proposal that aligns with the broader goals of the Action.

**Description:**

The first two days of the meeting will be dedicated to WG5, where members will review and finalize the white paper. They will also work on organizing a dissemination meeting aimed at engaging policymakers and stakeholders, ensuring that the paper has a broad impact and contributes to policy discussions.

On the following two days, WG1 will convene to write a project proposal, contributing to future research and collaboration efforts under the a-STEP Action.
