The 1st hybrid meeting marks a significant milestone for the a-STEP Action, as it will be the first in-person gathering of its kind since the Action’s launch. While maintaining the flexibility of online participation, this meeting will provide an invaluable opportunity for attendees to engage face-to-face, strengthening collaboration and fostering a deeper sense of community among Action members. The hybrid format ensures that those unable to attend in person can still participate fully in the sessions.
The meeting will take place across two days and feature a comprehensive agenda. The sessions include:

•09:00 – 09:30: Welcome and Action Update – An overview of the Action’s progress and future direction.
•09:30 – 10:45: Working Group Breakout Meetings – Separate discussions for Working Groups to collaborate on their specific objectives.
•11:15 – 12:45: Working Group Reporting (WG1, WG2, WG3) – Each Working Group will present updates on their activities and progress.
•14:00 – 15:00: Working Group Reporting (WG4, WG5) – Additional Working Groups will provide reports on their ongoing efforts.
•15:30 – 16:30: Presentation from Invited Speaker – A keynote presentation from an expert in the field, offering insights relevant to the Action’s goals.

•09:00 – 09:30: Budget Discussions – A focused session for the core group to review and discuss budget matters.
•09:30 – 11:00: Reporting from Communication, ICT, STSM & VNS Managers – An update from key managers on their respective areas of responsibility.
•11:30 – 13:00: Budget & Action Plan Meeting for Grant Period 2 – A Management Committee session dedicated to financial planning and strategizing for the next grant period.
•14:30 – 15:30: Presentation from Invited Speaker – A final keynote presentation to conclude the meeting.
This hybrid meeting is a pivotal moment for the a-STEP Action, providing the first opportunity for in-person collaboration, while also offering an inclusive platform for all members to contribute, regardless of their location.
