Türkiye Hybrid Working Group Meeting

The hybrid meeting held in Antalya, Türkiye, on 29-30 July 2022, marked an important moment for the a-STEP Action, as participants had the opportunity to engage in both in-person and online discussions. This format enabled wide participation while fostering stronger collaboration among the Action’s members.

The meeting’s agenda was designed to encourage both focused group work and collective brainstorming sessions. Key highlights included:

•09:15 – 12:15: Keynote Speaker – The meeting began with a keynote address from an invited expert, offering valuable insights aligned with the Action’s objectives.

•13:30 – 17:00: Working Group (WG) Meetings – Each Working Group convened to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for moving forward with their specific tasks.

30 July 2022

•09:30 – 12:30: Joint WG Meetings – A session bringing together all Working Groups to collaborate on cross-cutting issues and share their findings to ensure alignment across the Action’s objectives.

•13:30 – 17:00: Systematic Review Workshop – The final session provided a deep dive into systematic reviews, offering practical knowledge and tools to support ongoing and future work within the Action.

This hybrid meeting in Antalya was a productive step forward, combining the benefits of in-person interactions with the inclusivity of virtual participation. It provided a platform for meaningful dialogue, ensuring continued progress and stronger collaboration within the a-STEP Action.
