WG6 Meeting

The WG6 meeting held in Prague on 19-20 October 2023 was a focused working session aimed at advancing key deliverables for the a-STEP Action. The primary goal of this meeting was to work on the completion of the GP3 report and to plan the budget for GP4, ensuring that the Working Group remained aligned with the overall objectives of the Action.

Description:

During this two-day meeting, WG6 members collaborated closely to assess the progress made across various tasks and finalize reports reflecting the group’s achievements. The team also dedicated time to preparing a detailed GP3 report, which will summarize the accomplishments and outputs of the third grant period. Additionally, discussions were held on the financial planning for the upcoming GP4, ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively to support the ongoing and future activities of the Working Group.

Outputs:

•WG progress reports detailing the status of ongoing deliverables.

•Draft GP3 report summarizing achievements for the third grant period.

•Draft GP4 budget, outlining financial plans and resource allocation for the next phase of the Action.

This meeting in Prague was instrumental in maintaining the momentum of WG6’s work, ensuring that deliverables are on track and that the group is well-prepared for the next stages of the Action.
